Preset Installation

Step 1:

To start off, you're going to need to download the Lightroom App from the mobile App Store. Once downloaded,  you will then need to create an adobe account. This is quick and free to do.

Step 2:

After purchasing a preset pack, download each preset file (DNG) & save them to directly to your camera roll by pressing the 'download' button. This will open a new page with the preset. Press the share button on the bottom and press 'Save Image'.  Go back & do the same for every preset. If you go into your photo stream and see them as blank picture files, don’t be alarmed – that’s how they should look.

Step 3:

Import the files into the Lightroom app. At this point you should have all of your DNG files saved to your phone. Now open up the Lightroom app and create a new folder, you can do this by clicking the + on the top right. Call the folder 'Globale Presets'.
Click into the folder and create 2 albums, one called 'photos' and one  called 'presets'.

Step 4:

Next click the 3 dots on the 'presets' folder and click 'add photos' Now click 'Camera Roll' and select all 10 of the DNG files and add them into the album. In this album is where you will store all your presets. Do the same thing again on the photos folder but instead of importing the DNG files, import any photos you want to edit from your  camera roll.

Step 5:

Create and save your Presets. Go into the album containing your newly imported DNG files. Open the first preset, tap on the 3 dots icon at the top right of the screen and then tap on Create Preset.

Next you will see the New Preset screen.  You can give your preset a name (highly recommended) and the option to choose a Preset Group to save it in. You can save it in User Presets or you can create a new preset group and name it however you like. I recommend this if you have a lot of presets and want to keep them organized. Leave The checkboxes below alone as they determine which picture settings.

Save your preset by tapping on the checkmark icon at the top right corner.

Repeat this step for each DNG file as you will need to save each preset separately. Don’t worry though, you only need to do this once!

Using Your Presets:

To use your new presets just go back into your Photos Album and open any photo you’d like to edit. On the bottom you'll find multiple tools to edit a photo, Find the Presets tool in the menu by scrolling to the end and tap on it. Make sure the Preset Group that’s selected is the one where you saved your new presets. If you saved them in the User Presets group, select that.

Now you can edit the photo by tapping on a preset from the list and then tapping on the checkmark. You can still continue to edit the photo and make adjustments if you like, after you’ve applied the preset.

Once finished you can share your photo by saving it on your photo stream by clicking the share icon on the top right corner next to the cloud & 3 dots icon. Your photo is now saved with the filter preset & ready to be used.
